We have good taxis, we have excellent taxis– and sometimes we have taxis, which must definitely become a lot better!
Should you have driven in one of the last named, we request you to send your complaint to the Complaints-Investigation-Committee at TAXI FRANKFURT eG. TAXI FRANKFURT eG and its more than 1500 taxis under contract try to provide good service every day – and in most instances our customers are quite satisfied with the quality offered! But unfortunately not always. We average four complaints to every 1000 taxi tours. At first sight this is of course not exorbitant, but we are not satisfied. We want our customers to be satisfied every time they use a taxi. For this reason, should you find a taxi tour unsatisfactory, we request that you inform us.
Our Complaints-Investigation-Committee will examine your complaint and instigate appropriate action to get rid of any faults found. We will inform you of the result of our examination and of the measures taken.
You wish to register a complaint? We can basically only deal with current complaints received in writing. In registering a complaint the following particulars are important – the taxi-number, the date and time and of course a short description of the occurrence. We have to be in possession of these facts to be able to deal with your complaint usefully and satisfactorily.
