you regularly use taxis and also wish to keep an exact overall view of the costs involved? Our customer-cards may be used for cashless payment of the fare in every car under contract to TAXI FRANKFURT eG! Customer-cards are issued for unlimited use of taxis but can be issued with a defined maximum amount. Of special interest for company clients: taxi tours can be distinguished relative to your clients or customers, to individual persons or be keyed to your projects. The transaction particulars can be electronically made available for further internal company disposition. A detailed list of your taxi tours will be provided at the end of every month, or at your request more frequently.
TAXI FRANKFURT eG' s single trip customer cards and prepaid vouchers are the ideal solution for special situations. Whether you want your children to come home from the discotheque by taxi or a business associate has to be taken to the airport, a taxi tour can comfortably and conveniently be paid for by a single trip customer card without cash. The amount available on the single trip card can be limited according to your requirements and specification. Should the fare be more than the amount available, the user of the singe trip card must pay the taxi driver the surcharge. Should the fare be lower than the determined limit on the card, you will of course only be billed the actual fare on the meter.
The bill for the taxi tour may be paid in advance, as in the case of prepaid vouchers, or settlement of the amount due will take place after the fact. These cards, on which your advertisements can placed, are also ideal as gift tokens for friends and family or incentives for your customers and clients.
We offer our company clients a special service for event conveyance. Having adequately briefed us and having sent us a statement of liability for the costs, you can order taxis from us by telephone or by fax with reference to the allocated Dora- or Alpha-Number.

Within a few minutes a taxi ready for your departure will have arrived. At the end of the tour the taxi driver will give you a tour receipt and at the end of the month you will be sent a bill with an attached appendage detailing your tours.
Over a thousand taxis in the city of Frankfurt am Main also accept the major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard and JCB) and the European EC-Card. These taxis are easily recognisable by the stickers with the appropriate symbols on the right rear window of the vehicle.
A Tip: When ordering the taxi, please tell our personnel if you wish to pay by credit card.
